A Systems and Data Driven Approach to Mortgage Decisions

The founder of 360 Mortgage holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University in Provo and an MBA from Oklahoma State University. Before and alongside mortgage lending, his professional background includes work as a web developer and an Oracle database administrator.

That systems focused background shapes how financing decisions are evaluated today. Rather than relying on scripts or one size fits all recommendations, we approach each loan as a decision framework, weighing tradeoffs, risks, timelines, and cash flow implications. Modern modeling tools and data analysis help pressure test options so clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.

360 Mortgage is licensed as a mortgage broker in Missouri, Kansas, and Louisiana. For clients outside those states, including Florida, we work with established referral partners to help ensure borrowers are connected with qualified professionals who understand their local markets.

360 Mortgage was built by an operator with hands on real estate investing experience, including ownership of residential rental properties in multiple states, commercial real estate holdings, and participation in renovation and value add projects.
